Counseling Program & Services

Trinity Valley School provides a robust school counseling program designed to meet the standards for professional conduct by school counselors outlined in the NAIS Guidelines of Professional Practice for Behavioral Health Professionals Working in Independent Schools. The TVS counselors provide individualized emotional and social services as well as collective programming for students, parents, and faculty. Our counselors maintain a commitment to the overall mental health and academic well-being of each TVS student through services that include student advocacy, crisis intervention, and referral as needed by counselors who maintain professional certification in an accredited field (psychology, counseling, social work, etc.). Accordingly, the TVS counselors work closely with division administration, school nurses, faculty, and parents to effectively support each student.
