XPLORE: Summer at TVS

Registration for XPLORE 2026 opens in two phases:

• Monday, January 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM – Early registration opens for TVS families via a privately shared link.

• Monday, February 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM – Community registration opens to the public via a link on our website.

The XPLORE 2026 Summer Catalog will be released on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Summer dates are May 26 – July 31, 2026. We will be closed from June 29 – July 3, 2026 in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. 

We will also be closed on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25, 2026) and Juneteenth (Friday, June 19, 2026).

There is no charge to join the waitlist. If your camper is waitlisted for one or more camps, you’ll receive a confirmation email after registering. Our team contacts families as soon as a spot becomes available.

XPLORE Summer at TVS warmly welcomes both TVS and non-TVS students to campus!

Summer fees are paid online by credit card. You have two payment options:

1. Pay in full at the time of registration

2. Choose a 3–4 installment payment plan

If your plans have changed and you need to cancel, please note that we have a three-tiered Cancellation and Transfer Policy. Starting March 1, the applicable cancellation fees will apply as detailed in our current policy. You can review the full Cancellation and Transfer Policy here. 

Yes, we offer before care from 7:45–8:45 AM and after care from 3:30–5:00 PM. Pre-registration is required and available as a weekly package when registering for XPLORE: Summer at TVS.

XPLORE: Summer at TVS Camps are open to campers entering PK through entering 12th grade. All preschool campers must be 4 years old by June 30, 2026, and must be fully potty trained in order to attend.

We provide nut-free snacks for campers during morning half-day, afternoon half-day, and full-day camps. If your camper will be staying for Lunch Bunch, please send a lunch with them, as our lunch services are closed during the summer.

In our weekly welcome letter to families, you will find a Google form to submit any schedule changes, such as later arrivals or early dismissals. You can also call our direct line at 817-321-0193.

For safety reasons, campers will not be released without prior notification submitted via the Google form, email, or phone, and until we have confirmed the change with a parent or guardian.

During registration, you can also add authorized individuals who are allowed to pick up your camper. 

Participants should wear cool, comfortable clothing and are encouraged to wear hats. They’ll receive camp t-shirts but don’t need to wear them daily. Please apply sunscreen before camp and send extra for reapplication. Bring a labeled refillable water bottle and, if attending sports camps, personal labeled equipment. Pre-K and Kindergarten campers must bring an extra set of clothes. All personal items should be clearly labeled.

We prioritize your child’s health and safety by having campus security and licensed medical staff present at all times, and by following a hot weather policy developed by athletic trainers. We also ensure psychological safety through staff training in inclusivity, social support, and youth mental health first aid, while organizing programming so campers always know where to go and who to trust.

Detailed carpool times, routes, and procedures will be provided in the XPLORE 2026 Family Guide, emailed on May 1, 2026. A dashboard permit is required for campus entry and camper pick-up, with printable permits included in the guide.
