This summer, Trinity Valley School, Rivertree Academy, Texas School of the Arts, and Sue Crouch Elementary learned together and served the city of Fort Worth alongside one another!
Community Engagement
TVS Auxiliary Programs is proud to support the School's annual community engagement initiatives. These initiatives purposefully partner TVS students and non-TVS students in pursuit of a common goal and / or learning experience! This is in fulfillment of the second part of the TVS Auxiliary Programs Vision Statement:
"TVS Auxiliary Programs aim to develop upstanding and empathetic leaders by building authentic partnerships with the Fort Worth community, creating meaningful opportunities for TVS faculty and students to learn and serve, and co-constructing solutions to needs in the community."
Currently, the major community engagement initiative is Fort Worth Forward. Since 2018, TVS has partnered with Rivertree Academy and other local schools over the summer, to enable students in grades 2-5 to learn alongside one another and serve the City of Fort Worth together!
Community engagement initiatives often require the help of volunteer Upper School students. As such, Upper School students and their families are encouraged to check out the "Community Service" link below to understand more about service requirements and opportunities!
