How to Apply

The online application and the $100 application fee must be submitted by January 16, 2026. The full application (including testing, teacher evaluation, and class visit) must be scheduled or completed by February 1, 2026.

One-on-one admissions testing will take place during January and February. Testing will last approximately 45 minutes. You may set up admissions testing once your student's application has been submitted. 

All applicants to Pre-K will participate in a group class visit. Our office will contact all applicants to scheudle the class visit and with additional details about the day. 

Please provide your child's current teacher's name and email address on the Teacher Recommendation Form on the online application. TVS will use this information to send an online confidential Teacher Recommendation from to your child's current teacher.

Admission decision notifications will be emailed on February 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., to all applicants who have submitted their applications by January 16, 2026 and completed all steps of the application.

Applicants to grades 2-4 will be required to take the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE). TVS will host the ISEE on Saturday, Ferbuary 7, 2026. However, students may test at any authorized test location (online or in-person) as listed on the (ISEE) website. 

The test registration code for the ISEE hosted at TVS will be available in the parent portal once your application has been submitted. You will use this code to register online for the ISEE at https://iseeonline.erblearn.org. There is a registration fee*.

Beginning in January, please locate the Transcript Release Form in the parent portal checklist and click on 'Edit this Request.' You will have the opportunity to enter the email address of the school administrator who is responsible for grades, transcripts, or progress reports at your daughter's current school. This will allow the school to upload your daughter's transcripts directly to the student application file. This checklist item will be marked complete once the transcripts have been received.

All applicants to grades 1-4 are required to attend a half-day visit at TVS. Once your student's application has been submitted, you will be able to schedule your student's visit through the application portal.
